In Mapplewell and Carlton, Vistry is delivering 454 new homes with Vico Homes managing the affordable share. Hoober Urban Partnerships has already completed 61 affordable homes at Pearson Croft in Wombwell. Barnsley Council's own house-building arm, Berneslai Homes, is building new council homes in Goldthorpe and has backed a further phase of property acquisitions there as part of a longer-running local housing project.
