What an edition is
An edition is a quarterly briefing on funding, places and delivery for one area, written for the organisations bringing forward homes and regeneration there.
It is research rather than commentary. Figures and positions are sourced and checked to a stated day, and every edition carries that date, so a reader can see how current a statement is before acting on it. Earlier editions stay online as a record of the position at the time they were published.

The running order holds from quarter to quarter and from area to area, so a reader who used the last edition knows where to look in this one.

How it is published
Every edition is published here in full. It can be read online, read as a PDF in the browser, or downloaded as a file, and each one carries the cover it was printed with.
It is also circulated to named roles in the organisations that decide, fund, consent and build in the area, and it carries a category directory of local suppliers alongside the research.
