Regeneration projects in Sheffield
Sheffield's largest regeneration projects sit on Homes England Catalyst Sites north and south of the city centre. Furnace Hill and Neepsend, both former industrial sites, now have appointed developers building new homes, non-residential space and public squares. Moorfoot, inside the ring road, is still at the procurement stage for a development partner. Sheffield Housing Company, the council's citywide joint venture, continues delivering homes across sites including Corker Bottoms, Eclipse and Shirecliffe.
