Regeneration projects in Wirral
Redbridge Quay is under construction on the Wirral Waters dockland after the earlier Miller's Quay development completed nearby. The Hind Street Urban Garden Village is unlocking its first phase of homes on a former gasworks site under a signed development agreement. The Woodside masterplan around the ferry terminal has already delivered a rebuilt landing stage, while New Ferry's second housing phase starts in 2026 alongside separate public realm works on Bebington Road.
